Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging included.
Please note that returns must be approved before being sent back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Refunds & Store Credit
To maintain accessible pricing and offer free shipping, change-of-mind returns are issued as store credit. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping at our expense.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
Return Shipping
For defective or incorrect items, Nova Moda covers return shipping.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Address
To ensure the correct return process, return addresses are provided only after your request has been reviewed and approved.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as return locations may vary depending on the product.
Once approved, you will receive the appropriate return address and instructions via email.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected:
Store credit is issued within 2–4 business days.
Refunds (for damaged or incorrect items) are issued within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Final sale or clearance items
Lingerie or intimate items (if applicable)
Items returned without approval or outside the 14-day window
